Forge Wood is the newest of Crawley's 14 neighbourhoods. It sits in the north east of the town, off Steers Lane, between Pound Hill and Gatwick Airport, with up to 1,900 new homes.
New homes need different jobs to old ones. Here it is mostly EV chargers on the driveways, extra sockets where the builder did not put enough, outdoor lights and power for the garden. We also put right any snags from the build.
